Within its investigation Black Cube named a number of Evolution employees which it had interviewed and reported to have provided information on the company that supported the intelligence firm’s claims.
An interview carried out by Black Cube with CEO of games developer Ezugi Kfir Kugler had allegedly confirmed that Evolution knowingly provided games in markets sanctioned by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement.
Spectrum conducted follow-up interviews with these employees who had “provided derogatory information relating to Evolution’s business practices”.

Satisfaction with existing tools scored an average of 6 out of 10. Co-author Gali Hartuv, CEO and co-founder at WarriorLab described this “middling satisfaction” as “the most expensive kind”.
While VIP managers welcomed AI for prioritising their workload, the report suggested they remained cautious about delegating a final judgment to opaque automated systems.
The report’s authors noted that VIP managers “are not asking to be replaced” but desire tools that assist by triaging and pointing out priority players, while humans maintain relationship control and make final decisions.

However the report confirms that Spectrum did not believe Evolution had engaged in any illegal practices.
